Customer Services Representative

We are seeking efficient, self motivated individuals, with an aptitude for technology to provide customer service and online product support to our customers.
Fluency in Turkish and English is essential for this role as is the ability to translate in both languages to respond to business enquiries.
Confidence and competence in using MS Office packages (especially Word and Excel) will be required.
With this in mind, we are looking for someone who can communicate with people at all levels and remain approachable in a sometimes pressured environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in an office administration and/or customer services environment.
These positions are offered on a 12 month contract, working 21.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility to work additional hours to provide office cover will be required.
