Tüm sube içi operasyonel islemlere destek vermek ve vezne görevi dahil tüm pozisyonlarda yedekleme yapmak. .
Müsteri islemlerinin zamaninda ve hatasiz yapilabilmesi için merkezi operasyon birimleri ile koordinasyonu ve isbirligini saglamak.
Müsterilere verilecek hizmetler için tüm Sube Satis birimlerine satis öncesi ve sonrasi destek olmak.
Müsterilere, bankacilik islemleri ile ilgili sorunlarinin yanitlanmasi, islemlerinin takibi ile ilgili yardimci olmak ve yol göstermek. Dogru bilgiyi müsterilere zamaninda ve yapici bir sekilde iletmek.
Mevcut müsteri portföyünü muhafaza etmekte , arttirmada ve yeni müsteri kazanmaktaki sube hedeflerine destek olmak.
