Part Time Office Coordinator
at Kingfisher Childcare Services and Kids Club in London City
We need a proactive and high motivated part time Office Coordinator to be the glue that sticks all the different functions of our company together. We run a number of successful out of school services for children between the ages of 4 and 11 across North West London. We have a very busy and small office so you must be an all-rounder who is self-motivated and very proactive.
Working as an integral part of the management team the role will incorporate a number of varied and fundamental duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Duties will involve all aspects of day to day office administration including implementation of new processes and procedures, handling various supplier contracts, management of IT systems, involvement in the recruitment process, training, creating marketing materials and executing marketing initiatives, organization of all company events, P.A. duties to the Directors and various other ad-hoc duties.
This role would ideally suit a steady, methodical returner, or perhaps an experienced candidate looking for greater flexibility to accommodate other interests/commitments. This is an interesting and busy role.

• Work with strong personalities
• Work well under pressure
• Has excellent written and IT skills and a strong administration/office management background
• A “can do” and proactive attitude
• Use their initiative at all times
