Executive Assistant/ Project Coordinator

Overview of Job Responsibilities
In your role at Helios, you will perform certain administrative and marketing duties that would include, but are not limited to the following:
Administrative Duties
Answering phones
Serving as point of contact with our IT Consultant
Supporting staff with expense reports
Accommodating day to day needs in the office
Management of the office filing system
Proactively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Calendar and contacts management
Assist with additional accounting-related tasks as needed
Make travel arrangements with travel agent and/or home office
Work with finance team to ensure correct billing and accounting of
all travel
Update and distribute weekly activity report
Work with JV partner companies on necessary administration duties
Marketing Duties
Conduct necessary research on potential and current clients
Assist in creating capabilities presentations
Assist in development of marketing materials
Assist in development of pitch presentations
Print & bind marketing materials and presentations
Create and manage project timelines
Assist in client servicing and management work
Attend client and pitch meetings as necessary
Write reports on meetings
Provide support as needed on developing/existing projects and
accounts
Salary
19-22K
Experience required - 1-2 years
