FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Our client is a well established innovative, quality driven and expanding company formed on the basis of twenty years experience in the provision of surveying solutions in challenging project environments, based in Heathrow is seeking a competent experienced Financial Controller reporting to the Directors to play a significant role in the preparation and review of the monthly management reports.
The ideal candidate will have proven organisational and time management skills
Responsibilities
• Running Sage Line 50
• Processing transactions on Sage
• Managing sales and purchase ledgers
• Managing credit control system and chasing debtors
• Bank reconciliation
• Responsible for production and distribution of all monthly invoices
• VAT returns
• Payroll (Sage) processing from Timesheets
• Producing monthly management accounts including Profit and Loss, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet .
Experience
We require an advanced knowledge and strong experience working with Sage Payroll, Sage Line 50 and good experience with Excel based workbooks.
Personal profile
The successful individual will be AAT or CAT qualified have flexible attitude to work with the ability to provide both bookkeeping and management accountant roles.
