Turkish Moderation Work
at Community Training Manager in Clerkenwell
Tempero is looking for Turkish, Chinese Mandarin or Portuguese speakers who live in the London area and are able to work part-time hours from home.
Our moderators carry out regular checks of the forums, social media profiles and websites belonging to Tempero’s clients, protecting both the brand and site users from illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content. They also help monitor and analyse conversations about our clients and their competitors across social media platforms to provide insight that will help our clients improve their products and services.
We are currently able to offer a minimum of 2 hours a week. All roles have potential for additional hours moderating English-language sites. Shifts are currently one hour long, but may increase as the communities grow and expand. You'll need to be available evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
You’ll need to be self-motivated, computer literate and a regular contributor to Facebook, Twitter, blogs, forums and other online communities. You will have excellent communication and written skills in both your native language and English. A strong interest in gaming is preferred but not essential. No previous moderation experience is needed as full training will be provided, but would be advantageous.
Interested? Email your CV and a covering letter today, with the reference TURKISH, CHINESE MANDARIN or PORTUGUESE in the subject line. Please write to careers@tempero.co.uk
