Our client is at the forefront of technology and innovation in delivering world class marketing software solutions to clients across the globe. Tapping into their extensive network and knowledge they are able to solve the most complex marketing issues for some very large brands. Currently experiencing a significant growth phase, they now need a high achieving Business Development Manager to target the Turkish market based in London.
Reporting directly to the Direct Sales Manager your main focus will be to continually develop new business relationships throughout Turkey, with a key focus on the corporate sector, selling our clients unique marketing software solutions. You will be conversing with a variety of decision makers on a daily basis, therefore having the ability to perform with a variety of decision markers is imperative to be successful in this unique opportunity. This role is purely centered towards sourcing and creating new business relationships, there is an internal lead generation team, however you will be required to source leads and create 3 meetings a week from your own business development.
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about new business development. You are an individual that looks forward to taking on challenges, and conquering them. Having exposure to the software industry is a must. You may be involved with other marketing software solutions, CRM Software, Social Media Monitoring, CMS software, Mobile Marketing and E-commerce solutions (to name a few). My client is not limited to these areas, however one thing that we need it an understanding and passion for technology and the ability to pick up the solution quickly through the induction phase. Candidates that have been focused on other software/technology solutions are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.
Our client commands a high achieving BDM, and if that is you, then you will be remunerated with an outstanding remuneration package (30-40K base) and an aggressive uncapped commission structure with healthy accelerators (100k ++) and tools of trade (phone, laptop etc).
