I am looking for talented web developers and designers to form a team of maximum 4 people who have experience in php, mysql, js, css, html to work together on completing a web based solution that has no competition.

Who am I? Perhaps this is the only question life really throws at us. I have been a web developer and graphic designer for about 8 years, I have extensive knowledge of web industry and I offer professional web services and graphic designs to general public, private brands and companies that want to excel in the World Wide Web. Last 2 years i have also been investing in startups as a seed investor.

I Am Proposing | Are You Ready:

1.) All succesfull partners who participate will be given equal shares to the project.
2.) All members of the team including myself and the app will get promoted on the radio, Tv, and other mediums when the project launches.

NOTE: ( The cost for the promotion of the app on any media will be financed by Zidane Zane Capital, and the monies will be deducted from the income of the app only after the app has reserve cash to be able to pay back, if app doesn’t make the breakthru Zidane Zane will own up the loss as part of taking risk on the startup project, no team partners will be made to pay any losses out of their pocket if the app is not generating revenue).

3.) The developer team and myself are forming a partnership, which every member of the team will do their duty to protect the interests of everyone involved.

My motto is “one hand has nothing, two hands have sound” i strongly believe in this and expect everyone joining the team to have the same motto.

How is this thing going to make money?
Project will generate on regular bases income in many ways:

Income Channels:
1- Paid Memberships
2- Commisons on bookings made by customers, (commision is only charged to the members not the customers)
3- Website link, banner advertisements, company and product reviews, shop section selling goods, holidays packages, flights,rentals, and so on
( as these above services and products fits in with what were building together, will explain this in more detail later. )
4- Potential financial support by the tourism authorities of the countries targeted
5- Offering and designing personal websites to the members of the site whom are promoting their services.

Important Note: Any work that the designer/developer partner on this project obtains through the site will get to keep 100% profits from the web design jobs assigned to them. The payment will go straight from the client to the designer, this process will be explained in detail when we are at the communication stage, however this is not our main income from the app, income is from many channels as described above. As we know our members on the app will be needing personal websites, there will be a section offering web design service too just additional income for our partner on the project. We have a strategy for this, it will be explained in more details later.

The developed web app has huge potential for success, acording to my past projects, experience of the industry and calculated business plan for the project. Based on the none-competition, marketing strategy, and money invested on advertising it will take 6 months to mature and 12 months for this start-up to be succesfull and generating regular income.

Start-up Finance:
All hosting servers, domains, and other expenses mentioned above will be financed by Zidane Zane Capital. Only paid back when the project has made enough money and has money reserve. This will be explained in detail later.
