Arabic speaking freelance Private PA wanted!
This role is for a person who is looking to settle in a stable personal assistant role working for the Director.
You will be involved in private high volume projects, secretarial and administration duties, E-mail Filtering & Reply, Event Management, Marketing, Presentations, PR, Research, Telephone Answering, Transcriptions, Travel Management, Virtual Assistant, Virtual Office Management, Word Processing, art management and auctions, deliveries, correspondence, booking appointments, travel, tickets and social engagements.
You might also travel with the director if needed.
The candidate will have an extensive administrative/PA experience in an office or for private household. You will have to speak fluent Arabic and English; will be a settled-down, flexible, professional and hard working individual with friendly and positive attitude.
You should also be happy to work autonomously but also as part of the team.
