The Bentley (soon to become a Hilton Family Brand) is the one most opulent and luxurious 5 star hotel in the capital. It is located in the heart of one of the most desirable and prestigious residential areas of Central London, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The property, built in 1880, originally provided four grand Private Residences. The hotel has 64 Bedrooms, 2 restaurants, The Malachite Bar, and conferencing facilities. The hotel is also the home to London’s only original Turkish Hamam and a beautiful Spa.
We at present are looking for an F&B Manager to join our Management team.
You would be responsible for the guarantee of the normal sequences of operations in the above departments, from the angles of profitability,keeping and increasing the quality standards as well as the communication, management, instruction and supervision of the responsible Head of Departments.
The right candidate would have apprenticeship in a hotel and/or a Hotel Management School Certificate.Experience in a similar position within 5*hotels and overall proven track record in F&B departments for a minimum period of six to eight years is essential.In addition you would need to have excellent written and verbal english communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications , Micros and Opera is a must. Knowledge/ exposure to the ONQ system is highly desirable.Cross exposures to Marketing and Finance are also desirable.
