Online company recruits native speakers from Turkey to join its growing multilingual team based in London.
Responsibilities:
• Providing support in a professional manner via telephone, email and live chat.
• Completing text translations between English and your native language and vice-versa.
• Work in international team environment
• Liaising and reporting to Team Leader on daily basis.
Personal Qualities:
• Fluency and literacy in English
• Fluency and literacy in Native language: Turkish
• Flexible attitude towards working hours as job will entail some evening and weekend work. (Shift - Rota)
• Experience in Customer Support is advantage
• Multitasking abilities
Training is provided for candidates without experience but possessing qualities, the Company considers right for the position.
Flexible working terms and attractive salary package.
