Hilton London Paddington is a 4* Deluxe hotel situated in central London and connected to Paddington Station by footbridge. We have 364 bedrooms and Conference & Banqueting facilities or up to 350.

We are looking for a full time Security Manager to oversee and maintain the safety and security of all our guests, staff and hotel property.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling employees, contractors and undesirables entering and leaving the building, ensuring that the fire regulations are strictly upheld and that both guests and staff receive the highest standard of security service for themselves and their property.

As part of the role, the Security Manager is responsible for controlling incidents, accidents and injuries, filling out relevant reports/forms and seeing the procedure through to handing over the incident report from to the relevant person coupled with satisfactory conclusion for guest and /or staff member. The Security Manager will also deal appropriately with drunk and/or disorderly people/guests within the hotel and deal with any question or claim of theft.

“So, what experience do I need? “

Previous experience as a Security Manager essential, preferably in a hotel of similar size and style
Able to work a variety of shifts, earlies, lates, weekends and evenings.
Advanced or Native level English
Right to work in the UK or Ireland
