We currently have a number of vacancies within our Customer Services department both permanent and fixed term contract of up to 12 months. We are seeking efficient, self motivated individuals to provide excellent service to customers and internal contacts. Duties will include order processing plus responding to and resolving customer enquiries. This may include enquiries received through our websites.
Confidence and competence in using MS Office packages (especially Word and Excel) along with an excellent telephone manner will be required.
With this in mind, we are looking for someone who can communicate with people at all levels and remain approachable in a sometimes pressured environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in an office administration and/or customer services environment.
European languages would be an advantage, although not essential.
