An opportunity has now arisen for a Retail Sales Team Leader to join their team on a contract basis.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to raise the School's profile through proactively managing the supply and sales performance of high quality branded goods in the School's gift shop. Whilst ensuring you deliver a high level of customer service, you will recruit, train and mentor your team, whilst working closely with the procurement team.
To succeed as the Retail Sales Team Leader you will need significant retail sales experience, and good knowledge of merchandising, sales and stock control. As well as your good level of education, you should also have a positive, professional and friendly attitude, and great customer service skills.
Flexibility and first class communication skills are also essential, as is your ability to work within a team and use your initiative when working alone.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent benefits package which includes generous holiday entitlement, season ticket loan, contributory final salary pension scheme and use of their on-site swimming pool, sauna and gym.
