at Smart Live Casino in London
An amazing opportunity awaits a Turkish speaking customer service professional at the Head Office of a rapidly expanding online gaming company in Central London. We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of Casino Games as well as excellent oral and written command of both Turkish and English languages. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work varying shifts to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
-Dealing with customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat in an efficient and pleasant manner
- Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
- Providing information on player deposits and cash outs
- Informing players about current promotions
- Assisting players with connection issues
- Informing players about games and game rules
- Responding to player concerns about site integrity
- Assisting customers with queries related to Poker, Casino, Slots and other areas of gaming
Requirements:
-Excellent written and oral command of English and Turkish languages.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage varying work loads.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Ability to deal with difficult customers.
-Self-motivated, able to work as part of a busy team
-Knowledge of online money processing would be an advantage.
We are offering an attractive basic salary of £18,000 per annum along with the possibility of overtime and the chance for career progression within a rapidly growing industry.
