The Client:
Our client is an international company based in Netherlands specialized in outsourced Customer Relations Management-services to leading technology companies providing support in 21 languages to 16 European countries. They are currently recruiting a Turkish speaker for a Level 1 Technical Support Role.
The role:
As a level 1 Technical Support specialist you will be responsible for providing professional and effective support to customers in relation to IT networking devices.
Candidate profile:
- Fluent Turkish is a must – Fluent English – Customer focus – Strong IT, troubleshooting and networking skills including:
-Operating Systems (WIN98/ME/XP/Vista/WIN7)
-Hardware on administrator level (able to build and install a pc himself, able to install operating systems)
-MS Office
-networking (TCP/IP, internet protocol, networking protocol, WIFI)
