My client:
One of the biggest company in the world is currently looking for a Turkish Content Specialist to join a busy team in their offices based in Dublin.
The Role:
The Content Specialist will be responsible for writing, editing and maintaining customer support and self-help content for Turkey. The main objective of this role is to provide a delightful end-to-end customer experience ensuring that the communication is consistent, accurate and relevant across all channels. To achieve this, the Content Specialist will work closely with all global stakeholders.
Daily duties:
*Write and translate/adapt KB templates (hotkeys) and Help Centre FAQs to ensure they are: – Culturally appropriate – Well-written – Accurate – Approved by Compliance/Legal Department *Update, write and implement new templates to reflect product updates *Adapt and translate customer facing texts requested by any of the departments *Update, write and implement new FAQs to reflect product updates *Maintain the Help Centre – e.g. monitor FAQ usage and improve customer experience *Act as the content expert for CS content *Work closely with in-country content managers and linguist *Research and analyze customer behavior and work with Product Support to establish content strategies that will improve the user experience *Take an active role in country-specific or European content projects
Requirements:
*Turkish native speaker with fluent English. French or another European language highly desirable. *Excellent translation, writing and editing skills *BS/BA in languages or related field *Ability to work within tight and often challenging deadlines *Ability to work with and communicate effectively to diverse individuals *Strong organizational and project management skills *Strong team player
