Project Manager - Civil Engineering - Pipelines and Piping Installation and Laying.

Our client is a leading Civil Engineering company specialising in the laying, installation and refurbishment of underground pipelines for the Utilities, Water, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.

Due to a new project, they are looking to recruit for a Project Manager to work on a very long term contract in North East London.

A skilled and experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager, with a background in overseeing the laying of large bore Pipelines, you should have a current CSCS Card, NWHC, and be a qualified CITB Supervisor. Any experience or qualifications in Asbestos Awareness and a Confined Spaces ticket would also be very useful.

You will be overseeing Pipeline Installation projects, coordinating the activities of two Pproject Engineers as well as other on site Constuction & Civil Engineering staff, and helping to oversee all crane lifting and slinging operations. Any qualifications as a Banksman / Slinger / Signaller would be a benefit, but not essential.

Ideally you will be available to start within 2 weeks of any decision.

Hourly rate will be from £25-30 per hour.
