Field Sales Executive (Contract Cleaning) £25-35k Basic + OTE
Our client provides cleaning services to art galleries, gyms, health clubs, spas, building managers, offices, business centres, museums and theatres in Manchester, Leeds, London and now Bristol. They are now looking to add an experienced Field Sales Executive to their business development team.

Position: Field Sales Executive (Contract Cleaning)
Location: Vauxhall, London (nearest tube station: Vauxhall)
Salary: £25-35k Basic + OTE
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Communicate and direct your telemarketer to: Build a database of leads in your patch with good information about the company. Regularly contact those leads to build a relationship and obtain an opportunity to provide a cleaning quotation in a sales meeting.
b) Attend sales meetings generated for you to gather information for the quote, pitch business, and upsell other services.
c) Cluster sell companies around the sales meetings to gain further leads / opportunities.
d) Generate your own opportunities in your patch.
e) Write and submit quote documents including calculated price.
f) Follow up opportunities to close.
g) Manage the handover of new contracts to the Operations Team.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) 2 years face to face sales experience in B2B sales.
b) Minimum 1 years experience in B2B telesales.
c) Good document writing skills.
d) Ability to comprehend wider business operations.
e) Completion of external sales training.
f) Green Agenda- Opinionated on Ethics.
g) Desire to want to know the product inside out.
h) Natural ability to connect with anybody.
i) Not a pushy salesman.
j) Good natural banter.
k) Desire to self improve.
