As part of our growth strategy we are looking for an exceptionally talented individual to support our teams of consultants.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be required to:

Quickly develop an understanding of the sectors we cover; I.T. Recruitment, Consultancy Solutions and Virtual Infrastructure.

Register and interview candidates over the telephone and face to face
Search internal & external computer databases for suitable candidates
Contact potential candidates and ask questions to determine their suitability for current vacancies
Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission
Posting of recruitment advertisements on various online job boards

Key Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and with a team environment
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Ability to assume numerous roles and responsibilities
• Administrative experience

• Proficiency with MS Office 2000 (focusing on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Experience of working in a recruitment or similar environment would be desirable, but not essential. In return you can expect to work for a successful & thriving office with the opportunity of performance related bonuses for high achievers

In return, you will be given in depth training, strong leadership and the chance to develop into a Recruitment Consultant or expand your remit further as a Resourcer.

Benefits:

• £12,500 Basic + Bonus + Holiday
• Hours 8.45am – 5.45pm Monday to Friday
