Trace Manager - Berkshire

Newman Stone are excited to bring to market an opportunity that rarely comes up; the chance to build your own brand new team at a company that has enjoyed year on year growth in a competitive sector. My client is a leading debt collection and debt purchaser who has built up a superb reputation in a market where reputation means so much. The role will initially be a Tracer position, but after a number of months you will be responsible for bringing on Tracers as the demand grows.
This role will involve performing tracing activity to agreed performance levels; developing a team of tracers as the requirement for tracing increases with company growth; installing and integrating appropriate tracing software; incorporating CRA data into the tracing activity as appropriate; ensuring accounts are fully worked with a clear audit trail and, where appropriate, a full completion report; developing strong working relationships with the collections managers and team leaders to ensure that the collections and trace teams work effectively together.
The successful candidate will have experience of tracing consumers; experience of managing trace staff; strong verbal communication skills; experience of using external trace databases and CRA data for tracing; self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
