Operations Director - Quality Bakery and Patisserie Factory - London - (ID: 49876994) Job Title: Operations - Quality Bakery and Patisserie Factory - London Location: London Salary Package up to £65,000 plus great package We currently require an experienced Factory Manager or Production operations Manager to oversee the operations of this 24/7 high end production unit based in North London We are looking for someone who has great experience within FMCG food manufacturing, ideally with a background as a baker (not essential though) You need to have a passion for food and ideally worked in across industrial and artisan style production units and will be used to dealing with whole process including Deliveries, production and logistics, H&S, CMI, and food safety knowledge The site is producing high end pastries, bread and Viennoiseries and supplying to numerous sites across the UK. The company is a very successful Europe wide brand, well established on the high street supplying top end produce. The production site has a team of up to circa 100 staff as is a 24/7 operation supplying to over 40 units in the UK. This role will sit on the Board and as such you will need to be a great communicator and people person who can deal at all levels.
