Factory Financial Controller – FMCG (Italian/English)

Our client is the highly successful Italian division of a large, global FMCG manufacturing business operating across a broad range of food categories.
The Factory Financial Controller will lead the Factory Finance Team in a role which involves strong financial control with a strategic and commercial approach.
This role is essential in supporting the Factory Manager in all aspects of factory decision making. The role will involve supervision of capital expenditure and helping to reduce manufacturing costs through scrutinising proposals to increase efficiencies and reduce wastage.
The ideal applicant will be technically strong (Fully qualified) with first-class man-management skills, and the ability to motivate, train, develop & inspire a team in a FMCG Manufacturing role. Exposure to an international business environment would be ideal.
Ongoing business developments mean that the individual will need a proactive approach to identifying, agreeing & implementing new processes as well as highly developed problem-solving & analytical skills.
