Are you an experienced Operations professional with the ability to drive forward an exciting business with an amazing range of products?
Due to company restructure and increased business opportunities this international food manufacturer are looking for a switched on Operations professional to lead one of their sites through this exciting change. With your wealth of experience in manufacturing you’ll be responsible for the development of the site overseeing NPD, Sales, Production, Health and Safety as well as performance management. You’ll be devising business plans to reduce operating costs as well as implementing changes to maximise profitability for the site. You’ll ensure production is running smoothly whilst managing the implementation of new productions lines and making sure all machines and equipment are maintained effectively. By evaluating and analysing the site’s performance you’ll introduce improvements and drive change to continuously enhance the company’s position within the market.
We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Factory Manager who has a proven track record of delivering change and improving performance within a complex food manufacturing site. Experience within a high and low risk environment is required along with being up to date with BRC, HACCP and UK retailer standards. Experience of devising and implementing strategic plans is essential as you’ll be setting KPI’s and motivating your team to achieve fantastic results.
