full time Construction Job Vacancy

at TJC in London

My client is a small-medium sized construction consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying and Project Management across multiple business sectors throughout the UK.

As a result of growth, NES have been instructed to identify a Quantity Surveyor who can join the team and help drive the business to the next level and assist with current projects/clients. This is a very exciting opportunity for candidates wishing to see the next stage of their career beyond the senior level with a business who have a wide range of clients across sectors such as Commercial, Banking, High-end residential and Hotels and Leisure.

The position provides a real opportunity for someone to develop and operate at an Associate level in the future as the company is undertaking succession planning exercises over the next 12-24 months.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working at a senior level within a PQS practice or Construction Consultancy with exposure of working on a wide range of projects. Evidence of being able to develop business and to build relationships with key clients is essential.

For more information contact NES.

Note: Recruiters should never request bank account details or any kind of payment upon applying for a job or during the application process.

Should you receive a request for such information or believe a recruiter has acted inappropriately in relation to your application, please Contact Us with details of the recruiter and the position being advertised. We advise candidates to fully check the nature of any vacancy before attending an interview as we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of vacancies posted on this site.
