Placing Leaders are a specialist Recruitment Company, recruiting Professionals within the façade and fenestration industry - ie. Curtain Walling, Glazing, Structural Glass and Cladding.
Our client are looking for a Trainee Estimator based at their offices in the Warwickshire region.
You will be assisting the Commercial Manager with preparing and issuing tender quotations and bills of quantities.
Your duties will involve responding to all phone calls, emails and other communications from clients, suppliers and the senior management team. Obtain samples when requested by clients and internal senior management team.
Ideally we are interested in candidates who are looking to pursue their career in Estimating and are have the following relevant IT skills;
Word (word processing), Excel (spreadsheets), Power Point (presentations)
Publisher (Desk Top Publishing)
Other IT Skills for Outlook (e-Mails), Firefox / Internet explorer (web browser) and PDF primo (PDF Creator).
