Senior Quantity Surveyor required to run a high spec new build £200m RC frame residential development in Central London for well established progressive residential developer.
Candidates must have a proven track record with solid periods of employment with strong firms and experience in new build RC frame construction through the full project life cycle from bid and feasibility through to running a live project and closing the job out.
It is important to have a sound understanding of civil elements of a new build project such as groundworks, piling, sub and super structure works including RC Frame as well as very high quality finishes
Candidates must be client facing as well as being highly ambitious and driven to succeed in a pressure environment.
