We require experienced butchers for our busy meat sections. Butchers must:
- understand the importance of hygiene and health and safety
- be physically fit
- be good at working with their hands
- work well within a team
- do tasks quickly and consistently
- be able to operate machinery
- pay attention to detail and accuracy to avoid wastage when cutting, boning and preparing meat.
