Our Client is a European Contact Center specialized in outsourced CRM-services for leading technology companies. They provide support in Turkish and other languages to companies wishing to outsource their technical helpdesk or customer service function. Their service portfolio ranges from marketing & sales support, logistics and fulfillment to technical helpdesk support and customer service. Their client list includes leading manufacturers of products such as notebooks, network servers, PCs, firewalls, software, multimedia and connectivity equipment.
The company has successfully provided support in 21 languages including Turkish across Europe for the past 14 years. Since its establishment, our client has consistently achieved steady growth, with a strong track record of success in technical support and customer care implementations.
The role;
Dealing with Turkish speaking customers and solving technical problems
Answering to all incoming queries in a professional manner
Correspondence with customers in Turkish
Communication with the team and leaders for problem escalation
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish and English languages
Strong technical knowledge Operating Systems and hardware
Good knowledge of MS Office
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, internet protocol, networking protocol, WIFI)
Analytical skills and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English
