Head of Group Finance – 70,000 – West Midlands
My client a leading household name, have a requirement for a Head of Group Finance. Due to a number of recent strategic initiatives a newly created role reporting direct to the CFO has been created in order to attract talent into the business.
Your remit will include:-
Responsibility for month end and year end process
Consolidation of financial and subsidiary accounts
Provide expert technical advice regarding group accounting policies
Looking at processes and systems, suggesting and implementing improvements
Managing a well established finance team
To be considered for this role you will ideally be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge gained in blue chip companies combined with people management and influencing skills. The ability and ambition to progress further within the organization is highly desirable.
