The Role:

• Identify/manage the acquisition of new VIP's through pro-active outbound calling 
• Build strong and trustworthy relationships with VIP's
• Identify, optimise and develop VIP retention programs
• Providing customer services via phone, email and live chat support
• Accurately record data into the case record system
• Effective conflict resolution skills of handling client complaints and inquiries
• Inputting details into a database
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Work alongside the internal and external teams to ensure operational efficient

The Person:
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both oral & written)
Proven track record in customer service/sales with strong negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent telephone manner
Confident with Microsoft office products including Word, Power Point and Excel
Self-motivated & results driven
Team player
Basic knowledge of Online Gaming Industry is advantageous
