Online Marketing Manager for a Clothing Company

Job Description:

We looking for a highly motivated and versatile Online Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, inventory management, and digital marketing. Working closely with the owner, you, decide on stock distribution for our stores, price items, and enhance our online presence.

 E-commerce & Marketing:

• Manage and improve the e-commerce website, enhancing the user experience and increasing online sales.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our website and physical stores.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of online sales and marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.

 Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work directly with the owner to align warehouse and e-commerce activities with the company’s goals.
• Handle day-to-day tasks autonomously while communicating effectively.

Experience:

• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and running successful marketing campaigns.
• Must be able to drive, as there is no public transport access to our warehouse location. Company small van (Ford Transit Custom) will be provided if needed.

Skills:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and website management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities.
