Full-Time Turkish Speaking Immigration Advisor, OISC Level 1 at least

LIT Consultancy is a multinational, fast-growing consulting company providing fast solutions for international legal and business works of our clients by acting as a bridge. Headquartered in London. We are currently setting up a new team based in London aiming to provide boutique immigration legal advice and service to our existing and potential Private & Corporate Clients from around the world.

We are looking for a motivated, aspiring individual to support our team in London. Number of working hours could be further discussed according to the candidate’s personal circumstances.

Salary is depending on experience.

Key duties for the Immigration Advisor & Law Graduate:

• Assisting our Immigration lead to build and run the legal team.
• Assisting clients in preparing, Turkish Ankara Agreement Visa Applications both from Turkey and UK, Extension, Settlements, British Citizenship and other UK immigration applications.
• Keeping up to date with the UK Immigration Rules and Policy changes, prepare application bundles according to the latest Immigration Law.
• Providing professional advices on a wide range of UK immigration inquiries.
• Advising on immigration issues and communicating with potential clients.
• Assisting us further with other areas of law including commercial, cooperation, employment and other.
• Supporting us with ad hoc tasks and admin work.

Requirements for the Immigration Advisor:

• Must be currently registered with OISC Level 1
• Must have experience on Turkish Ankara Agreement Applications
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork.
• Self-motivated and able to take the initiative.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to foster and build strong relationships.
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
